This voluntary pilot intake helps the FBA Federal Recognition Project study whether FBA lineage can be consistently self-identified and described using historical and genealogical information.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, birth-certificate images, DNA raw-data files, financial information, or other sensitive identity documents. We are not accepting document uploads in this phase.
